As we approach the Easter holiday season, we’d like to provide you with an important update regarding our processing timelines, trade schedules, and settlement dates.
To help ensure your transactions are completed on time, please take note of the following changes to our standard cut-offs and processing schedule for the holiday week.
The cut-off to submit withdrawals and cash transfers for inclusion in our trade day is:
- Wednesday, April 16 at 5:30 PM ET
This is earlier than our usual Thursday deadline. Requests received after this time will be processed in the following week’s cycle.
- Settlement Date: Thursday, April 24, 2025
The settlement date refers to when the cash from your trade becomes available to process withdrawals or transfers.
